Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving account growth, developing strategic plans, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to deliver value to key clients.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning, business development, and account management expertise
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
- Proficiency in presenting ideas, negotiating contracts, and influencing decision-makers
- Familiarity with the food, flavors, or fragrance industry is a plus
- Capability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management or a similar role
