About us

BOMT/BOH (parent company - overseas) is a Colombo-based service company that

supports international BPO operations and expat teams by providing end-to-end

logistical and operational assistance. We work in close partnership with BPO

companies, helping them and their overseas staff set up and operate smoothly in Sri

Lanka.

About the Role

If you have excellent typing skills, enjoy helping customers, and want to gain

international experience, this opportunity offers a rewarding career path with strong

You will be part of a dynamic team working for our international client who serves

Indian customers, ensuring smooth customer interactions and assisting with market

conversions when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Occasionally assist in market conversion and promotional activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Uphold company service standards and policies.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Indian nationality – willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
  • Fluent typing skills and good command of computer applications.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
