Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, preparing proposals (RFPs), and communicating with potential clients. They will also provide support to the sales team by conducting market research, identifying client needs, and offering solutions. Excellent customer service is also a key aspect of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in preparing Proposals (RFPs)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience in the Marketing or IT industry is a plus
