Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chennai, with a specific focus on SaaS sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in software sales, including at least 1 year of experience managing a team. Experience in the Healthcare/Pharma sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


•Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.


•Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the SaaS market to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Northeastern United States region.


•Drive the team with critical sales strategies to target companies in specific regions and niche markets in the Lab informatics solution sector.


•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance against these metrics.


•Identify and engage with potential clients in the lab informatics sector, understand their needs, and present appropriate software solutions.


•Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the USA region.


•Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, with a focus on their application in healthcare and other related sectors.


•Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.


•Regularly communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives.


•Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.


•Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.


•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


•Contribute to the development of the company's overall sales strategy and long-term business goals.

Requirements:


•Overall, 3-4 years of experience in software sales, with at least 1 year of managerial experience. Experience in Healthcare/ Pharma SaaS sales is highly preferred.


•Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.


•Excellent leadership, adaptability, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


•Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to understand technical concepts.
