Job Description:
We are looking for a Head of Growth (Female) who can take full responsibility for driving revenue and scaling a startup digital agency. This role requires a self-starter who can independently create strategies, manage all growth-related functions, and directly contribute to client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership and responsibility of sales, designer, web developer, and other delivery team.
- Drive organic client acquisition through social media, networking, Reference, partnerships, and outbound strategies.
- Build and optimize sales funnels and marketing automation to consistently close deals to paying clients.
- Manage and oversee the work of different departments and ensure alignment toward revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and expand the team as the agency grows.
- Act as the single point of accountability for business growth, directly reporting to the founder.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B services or digital marketing agency (first preference).
- Prior experience working with startups and scaling them from zero revenue.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media growth strategies, marketing automation, and sales funnels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Preferred: Open to future relocation to Dubai.
