**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Business Growth Executive** who can take charge of sales and business development from Day 1. This is a **remote role**, but requires **in-person client meetings and deal closures** as part of the job.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a central role in driving revenue, building relationships, and scaling WildSattva into a recognized premium gifting brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers (HR heads, procurement teams, CXOs, admins in hotels, resorts, and institutions).
- Prepare and deliver persuasive **sales pitches and product presentations**.
- Negotiate and close orders, working towards monthly sales targets.
- Draft and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Track leads, prospects, and deals in CRM/Excel trackers, and submit regular sales reports.
- Collect client feedback to refine products and offerings.
- Collaborate with the Founder & operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
**Who’s a Good Fit**
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable with startup-style fast growth.
- Prior internship or up to 2 years’ experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Organized, target-oriented, and eager to close deals.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)** and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to track pipelines.
- Ready to take ownership and grow with the company.
**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: ₹25,000-30,000/month, based on achievement of monthly sales targets.
- **Commission**: Performance-based incentive structure above sales targets — high performers can significantly increase earnings beyond base salary.
- **Bonuses**: Milestone-based bonuses for exceeding targets (monthly/quarterly).
- **Probation Period**: 1 month, with a performance review before confirmation.
