About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the
Interiors & Architecture industry
. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Success in this position looks like building long-term client relationships, identifying and converting new opportunities, and contributing directly to the company's overall business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Interiors & Architecture market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, designers, architects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with marketing, design, and operations.
  • Track and report business development activities, sales progress, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture/Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in Interiors/Architecture is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
