Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bandra. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans. The individual will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts to drive business growth. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
