Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to generate new business leads.
  • Schedule meetings between potential clients and relevant team members.
  • Update and maintain detailed records of qualified leads in Excel or CRM software.
  • Identify and leverage upselling opportunities for existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Effectively pitch our B2B marketing services, including lead generation, demand generation, and appointment setting.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing services and lead generation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education- Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate

Shift timing - Rotational Shift , All Sat off, Sun Fix Off.

Salary :- 15,000/- TO 40,000/- per month.
