International Sales Executive

**Role & Responsibilities**
- **International Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, exhibitions, B2B portals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Handle inquiries from international buyers and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- **Export Sales & Order Management**:
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, documentation, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track shipments and update clients on order status.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Suggest strategies to increase sales in specific regions.
- Explore potential for product expansion in new markets.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and reports for management review.
- Work closely with the operations team for timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in international sales, business development, or exports.
- **Industry**: Export / FMCG / Food & Beverages
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of international trade, Incoterms, payment methods (LC, TT), and export documentation.
