**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to contribute to the success of Formix International's international sales team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our global market presence, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Expansion**:
Actively prospect and acquire new international clients to drive revenue growth.

**Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

**Sales Target Achievement**:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for international markets.

Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, providing insights to improve performance.

**Product Knowledge**:
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and product developments.

Communicate product value propositions effectively to potential clients.

**Collaboration with Other Departments**:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Skills required**:
Proven experience in international sales roles, preferably with exposure to diverse markets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
