About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic
Business Development Executive
to join our team. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure smooth communication.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
- Support senior team members in negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
- Visit exhibitions and conferences across the nation to explore networking and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
