
IT Staffing Business Development Executive

The role entails identifying, targeting and developing new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
- Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, networking and established relationships to generate leads.
- Foster strong connections with decision-makers such as hiring managers, procurement managers and HR executives.
- Determine client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development/sales within the US IT staffing industry (contingent staffing focus).
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and surpassing sales targets.
- An extensive network of clients, prospects and industry contacts in the US.
- A comprehensive understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes and vendor engagement.
