Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies, with a focus on IT/ERP staffing and mid-size MNCs in consumption, healthcare, and new-economy verticals.

  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Acquire new clients for IT/ERP staffing, focusing on mid-size MNCs in consumption, healthcare, and new-economy verticals.
  • Maximize revenue from the region through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Lead a team of IT hiring experts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Oversee staffing and recruitment delivery, including contract hiring and end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
  • Manage client delivery in IT/SAP staffing and IT recruitment, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing, with expertise in sourcing candidates using job postings and other platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
  • Prior experience as a regional/business head for IT staffing is preferred.
  • A hard-core sales professional with a proven track record in maximizing revenue.
  • Strong academics records are a must.
