Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to lead our international client strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. Key responsibilities include developing commercial strategies for partners, maintaining a company culture in all actions undertaken on behalf of partners, adjusting strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue, and assisting in completing departmental revenue budgets and forecasts.

Additionally, the Revenue Growth Specialist will be required to complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on trends, organize revenue meetings with stakeholders, and evaluate daily revenue and market confidence to suggest price and strategy adjustments.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven track record of leadership and expertise in executing revenue decisions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies for partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets is highly desirable.
