We are seeking a seasoned Senior Revenue Growth Leader to spearhead our Revenue Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing business performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue streams, forecasting trends, and optimize pricing models.
- Monitor market trends, key accounts, and product line sales goals.
- Develop region-specific growth strategies and establish benchmarks to measure performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue without increasing costs.
Requirements:
- MBA/Post Graduate in Finance & Revenue Management preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the travel/airline/hotel industry with 3-5 years in Revenue Management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work well under deadline pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
