
Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating partnership deals. The Business Executive will develop and execute strategic partnership plans, collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation. They will also possess industry knowledge and awareness, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and establish contact with mutual fund distributors, income tax professionals, and chartered accountants.
- Provide information about business opportunities and prospects for them.
- Convince them to join as advisors or agency partners.
- Complete documentation, training, schedule exams, and onboard partners.
- Support them in starting their business.
- Create daily content for digital marketing and post on social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
