You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Strategic Planning: End-to-end initiative ownership: manage planning, market analysis, implementation, and performance measurement to maximize revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
- Evaluate and prioritize critical projects that drive long-term success, aligning daily tasks and resources towards achieving these high-impact goals.
- Directly oversee the most critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Decision-Making Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making with precision and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives, from business development and operations to finance and marketing.
- Key Performance Indicators
- Strategic Execution Rate: Percentage of projects delivered on time, within scope, and meeting key business outcomes.
- Leadership Alignment: Clear, consistent communication and collaboration within the leadership team to drive strategic goals.

- Project Success: Successful delivery of complex, multi-dimensional projects that drive value for the business and align with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Business Administration or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, leadership role in a fast-paced industry.
Skills: Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, project management, real estate market trends, and data analysis.
