Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. Daily tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will also ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain a database of potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening candidates
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases
  • Experience in the manufacturing or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
