The HR Recruiter is a key member of the Human Resources or Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across corporate functions. Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) or HR certifications such as SHRMCP preferred SHRM
  • 25+ years of experience in recruitment or HR/talent acquisition roles, ideally in a corporate or high-volume environment SHRM+9HRBlade+9HRBlade+9
