Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
