Position Summary

ETP International is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of relevant recruitment experience with a focus on SaaS, Sales CRM, and related technology roles. This role demands expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering effectively with stakeholders to fulfil hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for IT and technology-focused roles, particularly in SaaS, Sales, and CRM domains.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs and role specifications.
  • Source candidates using various methods including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accurate information.
  • Provide regular recruitment status reports and analytics to management.
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer branding throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with market trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of IT recruitment experience in SaaS, Sales CRM, or enterprise technology domains.
  • Strong knowledge of technology roles, particularly in sales, CRM, product, and implementation teams.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with go getter attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and ability to analyze hiring metrics.
