Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing quotations and orders, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and quotations promptly.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales data in ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations (preferably in chemical, life sciences, or pharma industry).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
