Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 1–3 years in Inside Sales

CTC: ₹3–4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate company products and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain data and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or lead generation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and a pleasant personality.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, or Retail technology landscapes and enterprise buying processes.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva, and other digital tools/social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Persuasive, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with good collaboration and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
