Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales, business development, and market expansion for our range of premium building material products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with proven experience in sales and client relationship management within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing, lead generation, and business development initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets through direct marketing, client acquisition, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and brand representation in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree (Specialization in Marketing is preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in sales/business development in the building materials industry.
- Age: 25 years and above.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language is essential.
- Other: Candidate must have own conveyance.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹4 – 6 LPA (commensurate with experience and skills).
Locations
Bangalore, Hubli, Ballari, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Raipur, Bhopal.
