Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Lucknow. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, providing training and support to sales teams, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Territory Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
