Role & responsibilities: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The role demands expertise in performance-driven marketing, a deep analytical mindset, and the ability to manage ad budgets efficiently while driving growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and segmentation for precise campaign execution.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and UTM parameters.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CAC.
- Design and execute A/B tests (ad copy, creatives, landing pages).
- Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to develop high-converting funnels and landing pages.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend budget allocation strategies to scale efficiently.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google and Meta Ads.
- In-depth understanding of ad platforms, analytics, SEO basics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets with measurable ROI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
