About the Role

Web Synergies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality B2B leads through paid media channels and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies across key global markets, including Southeast Asia, India, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting, and PPC to drive B2B lead generation.
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns with a focus on quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to maximise ROI and lead flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product to align marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, experience in strong keyword research, executing PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing paid media, ABM tools, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract and interpret campaign data.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, performance marketing, and B2B lead generation.
