We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising initiatives and optimize digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing performance campaigns across various platforms and driving measurable results. Prior experience in the education sector will be a strong advantage.

Location : Santosh Nagar , Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Identify target audiences and craft customized strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization:
  • Manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages using A/B testing to improve performance metrics.
  • Budget Management:
  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Insights.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to inform campaign decisions.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
