Role Description

This is a full-time Performance Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad. As a Performance Marketer at Huemn, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, increase brand visibility, and optimize marketing funnels. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is must
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance, including creative development, landing page optimization, and budget allocation.

- Monitor campaign metrics and performance KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

- Support ongoing testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance marketing.
