Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or financial services is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and meet deadlines
