1) Performance Marketing Manager:

(Role expectations 5-8 yrs of experience in FMCG/Dairy Industry

KEY RESULT AREAS

1) Identifying core target audience in social & digital media platform commensurate with our offering

2) Identifying correct platforms were Heritage needs to be present in digital & social media space. Effective coordination and compliance of all statutory requirements

3) Target consumer acquisition, maintenance & new consumer growth across platforms

4) Advertising the correct product on a platform based on holistic understanding of target consumer.

5) Managing & Maximizing platform wise efficiency of spends based on desired objective

6) Monitoring the performance metrics across platforms as per the objective

7) Preparing weekly, fortnightly & monthly brand performance report

8) Competition monitoring & preparing fortnightly & monthly report

9) Working with agency on creative & content development

10) Ideating with agency & departmental head on innovative campaign

11) Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns

12) Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

13) To improve site indexing, organic website traffic and increase the visibility of fortune content.

14) Establish a proper framework that is able to measure the effectiveness of SEO in increasing rankings and traffic on the websites.

15) Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic.

Post Graduation in any Top reputed Institutes
