Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our performance marketing engine. If youve run campaigns that deliver real ROI, obsess over CAC, and thrive on data, testing, and scalethis ones for you. Your success will reflect in every dollar spent, ensuring maximum return and growth.

The Charter:

Full Funnel Ownership : End-to-end management of paid channelsMeta, Google, and more. Youll own it. Strategy to execution.

Budget = Your Playground: Work with large budgets. Scale what works, kill what doesnt.

Cross-Team Execution : Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and creative teams to deliver impact, not just impressions.

Reporting + Insights : Monitor campaigns, extract insights, forecast spends, and present learnings to stakeholders.

Stay Ahead : Be the first to know when algorithms shift, policies change, or new tools drop. Youll stand at forefront of marketing in 2025, and not be a follower.

Ideal Persona Would:

  1. 3-6 years in Performance Marketing. Startup background helps, but frankly, if you're good at hitting numbers, that's what counts.
  2. Be fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Metabase , and martech tools.
  3. Think in data and frameworks , but act fast, bias for action is what we value.
  4. Work with creative, product, and business teams to deliver powerful campaigns.
  5. Be curious about AI, automation, and marketing tech you build tools, not decks.
  6. Be outcome-obsessed. You care more about revenue and CAC than CTRs.
