Performance Marketing Intern (Fresher – Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital marketing team.

This role is perfect for a fresher who wants to build a strong foundation in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will support the team in setting up, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns that reach the right audience and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in creating and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

* Monitor daily ad performance and prepare simple performance reports.

* Support in ad copy creation, audience setup, and keyword research.

* Learn to analyze campaign data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and suggest improvements.

* Help in ad account structuring, naming conventions, and data tracking.

* Perform quality checks to ensure all ads are running correctly and tracking properly.

Required Skills

* Strong attention to detail — ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in campaign setup.

* Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers and understanding campaign data.

* Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (through coursework, internship, or self-learning).

* Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and calculations.

* Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and strategies.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Coordinate with team members on creative and targeting strategies.
