We are looking for an experienced
Performance Marketing Manager
to drive our digital growth through innovative campaigns, data-driven strategies, and ROI-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and scale paid marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through paid digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital & performance marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in performance marketing with strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, retargeting, and display advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
