Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Performance Marketer in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing to achieve better results. Daily tasks include managing online advertising channels, conducting market research to identify trends, and utilizing analytics tools to measure and track performance. Collaboration with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing material is also required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for better results
  • Skills in managing online advertising channels like Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify trends
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with content and creative teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a performance marketing role would be an advantage
