Media and Performance Marketing Manager– D2C

Role Overview
We're seeking an analytical, results-driven Media Planning & Performance Marketing professional with strong experience in digital-first D2C brands, ideally in the nutraceutical, health, or wellness space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing media strategies across digital platforms to drive brand growth, new customer acquisition, and ROI-positive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Amazon, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage end-to-end D2C performance campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives for ROAS, CAC, and LTV improvement.
- Analyse performance data, generate reports, and recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure all communications follow FSSAI/ASCI guidelines for nutraceutical marketing.
Requirements
- 4–5 years' experience in Digital Media / Performance Marketing (preferably in D2C / wellness / nutraceuticals).
- Strong command of Meta Ads, Amazon, Google Ads, GA4, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of ROI-driven growth and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health & wellness.

- ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
- Website traffic & conversion rate
- Media efficiency (CPM, CTR, CPL)
