Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
with a strong background in paid media, specifically within eCommerce or D2C brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing, with deep knowledge of GA4.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads
,
Bing Ads
, and
Meta Ads

· Manage full-funnel strategy:
media planning, campaign setup, optimization
, and
budget pacing

· Utilize
GA4 and platform analytics
to track performance, uncover insights, and optimize user journeys

· Work closely with the
creative team
to develop compelling, conversion-focused ad assets

· Present detailed
weekly/monthly reports
with key metrics, learnings, and actionable insights

Requirements

·
2–3 years
of performance marketing experience, preferably with
D2C or eCommerce
brands

· Proven expertise in
Google Ads
(Search, Shopping, Performance Max),
Meta Ads
, and
Bing Ads

· Solid understanding of
GA4
,
attribution models
, and
audience segmentation

· Analytical mindset with a focus on
ROI
,
CPC/CPA
, and
conversion rate optimization

· Creative flair for testing
ad copy
,
visuals
, and
landing pages
