Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Growth Hacker located in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing growth hacking strategies, utilizing web analytics to measure success, and optimizing conversions. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in
    Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Web Analytics, Paid Marketing, and Digital Strategy
    .
  • Strong marketing acumen, including
    campaign creation, execution, and performance management
    .
  • Advanced
    analytical skills
    with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work
    independently and on-site in Mumbai
    .
  • Prior experience in the
    hospitality or entertainment industry
    is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Google UAC and Meta AAA campaigns to drive app installs, in-app engagement, and LTV growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies across
    Install, Action, and Value campaigns
    , ensuring effective
    budget allocation and ROI optimization
    .
  • Conduct continuous campaign optimizations through
    creative testing, audience refinement, and bidding strategies
    .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    product, analytics, and creative teams
    to enhance funnel performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data
    , extract actionable insights, and deliver
    weekly/monthly reports
    for leadership.
  • Stay up to date with
    Google Ads best practices, privacy regulations, and platform feature updates
    .
  • Manage external
    agencies and partners
    when required, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with business goals.
