Performance Marketing Specialist
who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. If you love maximizing ROI, managing budgets efficiently, and turning analytics into action — this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across
    Google Ads
    ,
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    , and other digital platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies to meet
    CPL, CPA, and ROAS
    goals.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    for ad creatives, copies, and audiences to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with
    content, design, and tech teams
    for smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Prepare and present detailed
    performance reports
    and insights for leadership review.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in
    Performance Marketing / Paid Media
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
    .
  • Strong grasp of digital KPIs —
    CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate Optimization
    .
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Based in
    Mumbai
    or open to
    relocation (including Dubai)
    .
  • Must have a
    valid passport
    .
