Key Responsibilities:

1.Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

2.Monitor and analyze campaign performance to achieve key KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

3.Manage ad budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.

4.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.

5.Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad messaging with brand objectives.

6.Stay updated on latest digital trends, ad policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (E-commerce experience preferred).

2.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

3.Knowledge of remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.

4.A results-driven mindset with a creative approach to campaign optimization.

Compensation:

Up to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on interview and experience)
