Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Rafiki, you'll lead the charge on crafting and

executing high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. You'll have the opportunity

to shape performance strategies for some of the most exciting brands across industries and

markets, working alongside a talented, collaborative team that believes in excellence and

innovation.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategize, set up, and manage performance-driven PPC and paid social campaigns

across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

● Plan and manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, refine targeting, and optimize

campaigns to achieve defined KPIs

● Analyze data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable

recommendations that drive growth

● Conduct performance marketing audits to evaluate and enhance campaign

effectiveness

● Collaborate closely with Rafiki's account management and creative teams to ensure

cohesive brand communication across channels

● Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends to continually

improve campaign performance

● Prepare and present reports with clarity and strategic insights to both internal teams and

clients

● Manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads accounts

● Google Ads Certification (mandatory)

● Strong understanding of Google Analytics and key performance metrics

● Experience with Display, Video, and Retargeting campaigns

● Working knowledge of SEO and how organic and paid strategies complement each other

is a plus

● Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and communicate them effectively

● A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team
