Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid media, specifically within eCommerce or D2C brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing, with deep knowledge of GA4.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads
Manage full-funnel strategy: media planning, campaign setup, optimization, and budget pacing
Utilize GA4 and platform analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and optimize user journeys
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling, conversion-focused ad assets
Present detailed weekly/monthly reports with key metrics, learnings, and actionable insights
Requirements
2-3 years of performance marketing experience, preferably with D2C or eCommerce brands
Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and Bing Ads
Solid understanding of GA4, attribution models, and audience segmentation
Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, CPC/CPA, and conversion rate optimization
Creative flair for testing ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
