About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Performance Marketing Specialist
to lead and optimize our digital campaigns for Higher Education programs (MBA, Graduation, and related online courses). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scaling campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving high-quality student enrollments in the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and optimize strategies to drive
    lead generation and conversions
    for online MBA and Graduation programs.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Manage large-scale budgets effectively while maximizing campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in EdTech marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience
    in
    Performance Marketing
    .
  • Mandatory experience in Higher EdTech Industry
    (MBA, Graduation, or Online Education Programs).
  • Proven track record of running and scaling
    high-budget digital campaigns
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Expertise in campaign analytics and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
