About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, boosting brand visibility, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in ad strategy, and proven expertise in managing paid media channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns for recruitment and business development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, CPL, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the design/content team for impactful ad creatives.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic and paid reach.
  • Ensure proper campaign tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in running paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics, and remarketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Zoho/CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Recruitment or HR industry experience is a plus.
