About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist who not only excels at planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms but also understands how to run sales-focused campaigns that drive revenue and business growth. This role requires a unique balance of analytical skills, creative thinking, and sales-oriented strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strategize and implement sales-driven campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Develop ad creatives, copy, and campaign structures aligned with sales objectives.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead), ROI, and ROAS.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve sales outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, paid media tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
- Ability to create high-performing ad copy, creatives, and sales-driven campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
