Location: Remote – India

Compensation: 10–15 LPA (depending on experience)

Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST (with a 1-hour lunch, 12:30–1:30 PM)

Work Type: Full-time, work-from-home

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on SEO, Google Ads, and PPC campaign management. This role also plays a key part in client onboarding, ensuring new clients are set up effectively in our systems and campaigns launch smoothly.

About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising SEO strategies and paid media campaigns that deliver real business results. You will collaborate with our marketing managers, content team, and designers to create end-to-end campaigns while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic visibility and improve keyword rankings.

• Conduct technical SEO audits, implement fixes, and optimise on-page and off-page SEO.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations.

• Google Ads & PPC Campaigns

• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video) and PPC campaigns.

• Monitor budgets, improve Quality Scores, and maximise campaign ROI.
• Run A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

• Provide detailed campaign performance reports with insights and next steps.

• Client Onboarding & Support

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless setup of accounts.

• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into campaign strategies.

• Provide training or guidance during onboarding to set clear expectations and success measures.

• Collaboration & Broader Digital Marketing

• Partner with internal marketing managers to align SEO/PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.

• Provide input on content development, including SEO-focused blogs and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and paid media.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' proven experience in SEO and Google Ads/PPC campaign management.
• Strong portfolio of success in improving SEO rankings and delivering measurable advertising ROI.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting, optimisation, and client communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

• Broader digital marketing knowledge (social media ads, marketing automation, remarketing).
• Experience in content writing and SEO-focused copywriting.
• Familiarity with additional platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads).
• Experience working with international clients.
