About the Role
We're looking for a
high-impact Email Marketing Specialist
who knows how to turn words into results specifically,
emails into meetings and meetings into clients
.
This role goes beyond newsletters and automations.
You'll be the voice that introduces our content-driven company to potential partners, agencies, and brands worldwide driving meaningful conversations, collaborations, and conversions through smart outreach, personalization, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute
cold and warm email campaigns
aimed at generating business meetings and client conversions. - Research and segment target lists across
brands, agencies, and marketing teams
in India and Tier-1 markets. - Craft high-performing
personalized email sequences
(from subject lines to CTAs) that get responses, not spam flags. - Develop and optimize
drip campaigns

follow-ups
, and
nurture flows
for consistent engagement. - Track open rates, response rates, and conversions to continuously
A/B test and improve
results. - Maintain a clean CRM/database and ensure accurate tracking of outreach performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to identify new client categories and regions to target.
- Stay updated on
email deliverability, compliance, and engagement trends
across global markets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in
email marketing, lead generation, or outbound communication
. - Proven success in
cold email outreach
that led to meetings, partnerships, or client deals. - Strong command over
email copywriting
— personalization, tonality, hooks, and storytelling. - Experience with tools like
Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Mailshake, Apollo, or Woodpecker
. - Understanding of
email warm-up, domain reputation, and inboxing best practices
. - Excellent written English, must adapt tone for
Indian and global audiences
. - Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.

LinkedIn + Email integration
