About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator with strong expertise in email marketing systems and infrastructure. The role involves supporting marketing operations through reliable system administration, domain management, and campaign platform integrations. You will work closely with both IT and marketing teams to ensure smooth performance, deliverability, and compliance of email campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT & Email Marketing Support

  • Support marketing teams with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS SES, Zoho Campaigns).
  • Manage domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure high email deliverability and compliance.
  • Assist in managing subscriber databases, segmentation, and automation workflows across multiple tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and troubleshoot technical delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and integration with CRM systems.
  • Maintain email-sending infrastructure and coordinate with IT vendors or DNS providers when needed.

IT Administration

  • Manage Office 365 / Microsoft 365, user accounts, and security policies.
  • Handle network management, server support, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Hostinger, or similar).
  • Ensure system uptime, data security, and backup management.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams for software, connectivity, and hardware issues.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, access controls, and configuration changes.

Candidate Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT administration, including 3+ years specifically supporting email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email protocols, DNS management, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Required Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Additional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Google Workspace Admin are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email templates.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
