We are seeking a proactive and creative Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns targeted at the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the clothing and accessories industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive engagement and sales through effective email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for the US audience.
  • Manage email databases, ensure proper segmentation, and maintain list hygiene.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times for improved engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and persuasive email templates.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and prepare analytical reports.
  • Coordinate promotional and seasonal campaign schedules aligned with sales objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms for campaign execution.
  • (Preferred) Support Amazon PPC and other digital marketing activities when required.
  • Maintain a stable and consistent performance track record in achieving marketing goals.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in email marketing, preferably in apparel, fashion, or accessories.
  • Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRMs.
  • Knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
